Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 15 June 2026 regarding Norwegian Property ASA’s (rated BBB‑ by Scope Ratings) issuance of new senior secured bonds.

In conjunction with the bond issues, the company has bought back NOK 376 million of NPRO23 (ISIN NO0011086969).
