Norwegian Property ASA, rated Baa2 (Stable) by Moody’s and BBB- (Stable) by Scope, has mandated SEB and Swedbank as Joint Lead Managers for potential SEK denominated FXD/FRN senior secured green bond issues with expected tenors of 2, 3 and/or 5 years, and SEB as Sole Lead Manager for potential NOK denominated FXD/FRN senior secured green bond issues with expected tenors of 5 and/or 7 years.

A virtual group investor call will be held on 8 September 2026 at 10:00 CEST. Subject to market conditions, a SEK and/or NOK denominated bond transaction may follow.

The bonds will be secured with a first priority pledge in “Verkstedhallene" at Aker Brygge and are expected to be rated Baa1 by Moody's.
